Took this after easter breakfast with my sisters and her BF. Me mums Datsun and me sisters Corsa united. Doesn't this just scream excitement? Wooooooooooow.

Bonus: Somewhere hidden in this picture is my mother. +5 Fiat points for the one who spots the old witch lovely matured woman.

God I hate driving Corsas. Notes are okay cars though.

As an appliance, yes. But if you want your car to have, lets say, noise insulation (not an issue if the engine had a nice sound, and it doesn't) or front legroom (seriously I'm only 6 feet tall and my knees almost touch the dashboard even though I always put the seat as far back as possible) it is terrible. I could go on why I utterly hate this car.

As to why my sister keeps buying Opels (her previous car was an F Astra which incidentally broke down once or twice a month), I have no idea. She has had it for a week and already the fuel pump appears to be broken. At least the Nissan which happens to be a british built french car is dead reliable.

Don't get me wrong I'm not a fan, but you could've done worse in that segment. Ever been in a mk1 Vauxhall Meriva? Blech.

We had nothing but trouble with our old Corsa too.

They build the Note 10 miles away from me, we North Easters know what we're doing.

Don't remind me of Mk1 Merivas. Hateful uhm, "car". A friend had one of those, btw. And one of those Astra convertibles (shudders). He now has a Kawasaki Dirtbike.

Speaking of horrible early 2000s euro GM products, this reminds me of THE most stupid line on Top Gear... in the world... ever. It was a segment about the then new Astra H VXR, I think. So Clarkson stated that Vauxhall was "on a roll right now". Case in point: The Speedster (-__-), the Monaro (-__- x2), the Vectra VXR (-____________-), and the Zafira. If you know what I mean.

Haha so the Vauxhalls were so bad they got put off cars and bought a bike. Understandable.

The speedster is a Lotus the Monaro is a Holden and the VXRs are excellent powerful engines in rubbish cars. I drove a 1.7 diesel Astra H. I absolutely hated it.
